Prize draw terms
1. The promoter is Growth Fork Ltd (company no. 16359575), 19 Colleton Drive, Reading, RG10 0AU, trading as Restaurant Build Lab.
2. Open worldwide to anyone aged 18 or over, except where prize draws are restricted or prohibited by local law. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families may not enter. Live sessions run on UK time.
3. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person per draw; duplicate entries are removed.
4. Each draw closes at the date and time shown. Late entries are not included.
5. Winners are chosen at random from all valid entries. Survey answers do not affect your chance of winning. A numbered reserve list is drawn at the same time.
6. Winners are notified by email and must accept within 24 hours. If a winner does not accept in time, the place is offered to the next reserve.
7. Prizes are a free or discounted place on the named 4-week Restaurant Build Lab cohort. Discounts are calculated from the £1,990 launch price. A discount prize is a reduced price, not a free place, and must be paid within the acceptance window.
8. Draws only run while places remain. If a winner cannot attend, a place on the following cohort may be offered instead.
9. Prizes are non-transferable with no cash alternative. Winners are responsible for any taxes or charges that apply in their own country.
10. The programme is educational. It does not guarantee funding, lender approval or business success.
11. Your details are used to run the draw and contact you about Restaurant Build Lab. You can unsubscribe at any time.
12. This draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or Instagram. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
