# Restaurant Build Lab

> A 4-week live online programme, run by Growth Fork (UK hospitality consultancy, founder Murat Yilmaz, 35+ years in hospitality across the UK, Turkey and South Africa), that helps aspiring restaurant and café founders build the business behind their restaurant before they open: business plan, 3-year financial model, menu costing and pricing, staffing, operations and systems.

## Key facts
- Format: 4 weeks, live and online, never pre-recorded. 18 hours live: a 90-minute Implementation Clinic every Tuesday (6:00-7:30pm UK time) and a 3-hour Build Session every Thursday (6:00-9:00pm UK time), plus daily building tasks in a private WhatsApp group.
- Cohorts: maximum 10 founders each. Open to founders worldwide; sessions run on UK time.
- Price: launch price £1,990 for cohorts up to March 2027 (full price £3,900 after launch). Sponsored places £995 (Growth Fork pays half). Every cohort also has 1 free place and discounted places from £597 given out by free prize draw.
- Included: the B.R.O.S.S. restaurant apps (costing, POS, rotas, training, checklists, compliance, loyalty), free for 6 months from the day the founder opens (3 months if they open more than 12 months after the programme). Every survey entrant gets the Business Plan Builder free.
- Cancellation: full refund 7 or more days before the start date.
